READY TO CATCH THE NEXT BIG WAVE?
Hard to believe I was kind of good at this when living in Oaho, Hawaii 49 years ago. The key is paddling out into the deep and then waiting for the next wave.
Just before it gets to you, you have to start paddling while still on your knees, and then just when the wave hits, you stand up and hopefully ride it all the way to the shore. It’s all about timing. And lots of coordination of course.
So don’t be afraid to leave the shallow waters and venture out into the deep. Position yourself, get ready and wait. When you see that perfect wave coming, make sure to start paddling before it gets to you. And then stand up and ride!
There is a saying among investors – the greater the risk, the greater the reward potential. Some people are afraid to leave the comfort and safety zone of the shallow waters to launch out into the deep.
But then you can only be content in feeling a few after-effects – a few little ripples of the previous big wave. But if you venture out into the deep, you can actually ride the wave all the way.
Life is full of opportunities. Will you venture out into the deep and get ready to catch a big wave of the next one coming your way?
